Your account is most probably black listed. Same happened with my account to just because they raised innumerable replacement requests themselves for a product they didn’t have in stock and finally gave a refund. After few days I got a mail stating that my account has been reviewed and they have placed a hold on my account. They mentioned that I can never place an order again and would be auto cancelled. I didn’t bother appealing even though they had mentioned that the decision is final and it was their mistake. Who needs a flipkart account unless if its a loot product? Anyway I just created a new account and using the same credit card which they haven’t bothered blocking. I would have worried if it was amazon but its flipkart so don’t bother much. Old or new customer their customer care has the same attitude because they don’t have a customer rating system unlike amazon.

Faced same problem few days ago!
But placed multiple orders after that… all got delivered.

Then ask them about it, who knows what stupidity them might have done. I really don’t feel like talking to their CC as they are clueless and are pathetic. Try the email way because every time you don’t have to explain them what the issue is if by chance they have blacklisted your account. Hope it works for you.
Edit- By the way every placed orders for other dimers/friends/relatives from your account?

It would be the end of world for me if Amazon.in followed their path as far as online shopping is concerned

My orders worth 35k were cancelled during BigBillion sale instantly after placing order.
I have never replaced anything, i tweeted fk the same day and they called 2 days later that my account was freezed and they were not sure why it was done so.
Now they keep calling everyday asking for 24 hours more for resolution stating their technical team is on the job to find out why account was frozen.
Fk tech team is helpless, they have called me almost 10 times now asking each time for 24 more hours.
I told them I am done with them.

Yeah no point in trying to get the account reinstated as there is nothing to offer. Create a new account and move on
