Got call they said that your egv expired that is why wallet balance became zero..

After fighting for 10-15mins he told he will call tom. after escalating this matter to higher authority :/

I too bought 10k gvs from someone by exchanging amazon gvs.. he has bought gvs using referral money itseems.. now the gvs are inactivated.. and there is no response from fk customer care on what will happen after gv inactivation.. whether they will refund the amount to source card or they will activate them again upon requesting… if someone has got a solution or work around which worked let me know.
