For every donation made to the Kerala Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund of Rs 250 or above, using Citi Cards, Citi will contribute Rs 500 to this cause.
Terms and Conditions:
- This donation campaign is executed for all Citibank Credit and Debit Card holders for cards issued in India (“Citi Card”) except Citi Corporate Credit Cards – add on cards will be treated as separate cards. (“Customers”).
- The donation campaign is valid from 26th August, 2018 till 15th September, 2018(Campaign Period).
- Citibank has partnered with an NGO, namely, United Way Mumbai (a leading non-profit organization), to contribute from this campaign towards specific purposes.
- For every donation of over and above Rs 250 that a Customer of Citibank makes voluntarily to the “Kerala Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund” using the Citi Card, Citibank will contribute Rs 500/- to this humanitarian cause, as detailed below. Customer may visit the “Kerala Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund” home page for such donation during the above period.
- At the end of the donation period, Citibank will make a consolidated contribution to United Way Mumbai towards furthering their efforts in the Kerala floods.
- Irrespective of the donation amount, Citibank will contribute the minimum guaranteed amount to the NGO.
- The minimum contribution and upper cap of the contribution would be as per Citibank’s agreement with the NGO.
- The contribution under this donation campaign is made solely by Citibank and not on behalf of customers. Citibank would be monitoring the usage of the funds contributed to United Way Mumbai. Citibank would not be obliged to share the usage report with the Customers meeting the spend threshold.
- The donations via non-Citi payment instruments including but not limited to mobile wallets, pre-paid instruments, mobile banking, UPI payments etc. shall not be considered as eligible for the above purpose.
