Fraud at zingoy for Shopperstop gift card

I had purchased a ShopperStop gift card worth rs 500 on 18April2019.
Checked balance it was showing rs 500. As it has expiry of April2020 so not used it immediate.
This month when tried using it, balance was 0.
My first doubt was Seller himself used it as i not marked it redeemed. This is big fraud going in ZINGOY.
Shopperstop – written to them they were very cooperating, they given me details that same gift card is being used
on 11May2019 21:22:51 for online order amount 29995 and invoice number 3026..Not given name,email.
Zingoy – useless site, instead of helping and investigating it, they just replying i not used gift card in 10 days
so they cannot do anything now. I asked atleast check 2 things whether similar complain against same seller
OR if same seller sold same gift card id to someone else or not. No cooperation from them.
Just want to aware everyone be careful in using ZINGOY…..If they have no commitment after 10 days then
they should mark expiry date of all gift cards to 10days.. What is meaning of 2020 expiry date..
Full of fraud sellers and bad part is they are not interested in cleaning their system for frauds using technology.

So take this lesson that Buying from 3rd party gift card selling sites is risky, one must use precaution, use within said timelimits
For security prefer Woohoo, Gyftr or Amazon only
PS: I myself learnt by loosing so can empathize but would rather expect you to see the positive that it could have been bigger loss

You are correct, Zingoy must explicitly inform user to redeem gvs within 10days, thru pop up, SMS..etc
just to share update :
after creating post here i got 2 responses from zingoy for my ticket otherwise they take 4 days for replies.
they had assured me to suspend seller if proven fraud. So zingoy is very positive now for me.
I am getting after shopperstop to give me details of invoice number 3026. If they agree and tell me mobile or email id then
there is some chance it matches with zingoy seller who sold gift card. Seller would get caught and suspended. Some Hope there.
I can forget my 500 but atleast this story will be a example for others to deal such cases.

This Was Your Mistake. If You Made A Mistake Then How Can You Expect Other To Help You After That Point. I M Not Blaming You But This Is How Things Work In Zingoy. I Am Regular Purchaser Of Gv On Zingoy. No Issue Till Now. I Buy I Use At That Very Same Time. And Then Mark As Redeemed.
I M Happy. Seller Is Happy. Zingoy Is Happy.
If You Still Believe, No Mistake From Your End. Then Dont Go For Cheap Deals, Spend More And Buy From Amazon Or Wohoo, Where You Will Be Given Proper Support For Those Extra Bucks Spent.
you have got wrong thinking..It is responsibility of zingoy to educate its users about such frauds and improve their technology to deal such frauds…zingoy should FLASH alert messages on their site about frauds so that anybody new on site also aware of that..
Anyways whoever is responsible, we should not let such fraudsters walk free to trap another innocent online user..i am trying to crack the exact process of catching such fraudsters.
