FRAUD by DELHIVERY(axis bank gc)

and while inquiring about card and how to use it he was smiling and happy as hell , he confidently told me that this is tamper proof package and nobody can get the product which is inside without opening the pack

@ashu45 First of all, you shouldn’t upload the picture of the delivery boy for public shaming. He might not be the one responsible for the missing card. But it was indeed strange of him to inquire so much about the card.

I have received Axis cards from Paytm via Delhivery as well as Ecom Express. I didn’t face this issue for any of those deliveries.

Send an email immediately to [email protected] and tell them about what happened so that they can block the card (remember to include your Paytm order id). As it happens, I spoke with somebody at GCI in detail recently to ask them about the reason for the manual activation of the gift cards. And this is exactly what the person (not to be named) hinted as the reason. So I am sure this has happened with other people as well.

Rejecting the package was the right thing to do. But I hope you made a video of the entire process of opening the package in front of the delivery boy as proof of your own innocence. If not, Delhivery might claim that you are “at fault” and used physical intimidation to scare away the delivery boy after keeping the contents for yourself. Paytm’s suggestion was also sensible as the card comes unactivated and GCI could have issued a replacement after blocking the missing card.

I agree with dealseeker bro you shouldn’t be posting pics of delivery boy its completely unrelated to the matter he maybe asking you to accept because you had opened the pack so he was in a situation.He just can’t accept the open package which will count as undelivered because that would be a theft case on him.So that’s why he called cc

This is happened for me also for two orders, but inside the package no issue in axis pocket, hence I accepted, actually the packing is very worst GCI itself, they packed the card within the invoice pappers not in the original pack covers, that is the reason anyone can be easily remove the cats without tampered the package. GCI only responsible for this.

Even i faced the same problem

Got a empty packet from Delhivery, i believe there is a group of Chor in Delhivery
now we should take some actions against delhivery
i am sending a mail to paytm telling that delhivery is Fraud company & i will cancel all my orders if they assign the chors for my orders

Another such fraud delivery boys work in BookMyPacket. I ordered chocolates from Shopclues. My mom received the damaged packet. The shopclues wrap was cut from the middle and a logo of another company was pasted over it. The most shocking thing was the chocolate packet was also cut and some chocolates were missing. I did not file a refund request for a small amount as I did not want my shopclues account to get banned. So basically if delivery boys can steal chocolates, then they can do anything!

A 2000 rs. GC is being sent to me thru Delivery courier in few days. Hope it is right condition.

same thing happend with me today,i ordered 2 cards worth rs.2500 & rsa5000 in a single order got both in different package & accepted by my mom but when i opened the package of rs.5000 there was no card only outer package of axis card is there so i sended a aleart mail to gci & paytm with card no. (i have the card no. coz its also written on back side of the axis outer pack) & also sended pics

So many are speaking out now. Never ordered These GiftCards till now… And will refrain to order till we find out a proper way to sort out this issue.
