I got call from 074393 68429
This number in morning around 8am
He first gave me exact details of me and purchase I made from ShopClue.com few days back .
Then he said I won swift car of 7.8lkh
So I need to pay processing fees of 25000.
Till then I got to know its fake
Still I continued
I asked him to send bank details, but he said payment can only be made on phone pay or Google pay I insisted for bank details but he didn’t gave lastly he cut call.
1) how he came to know about my purchase details on ShopClues , my details?
2) where I can complaint so he won’t harm some innocent people.
3) how would you handle such fraudulent calls

by identifying the fraud call, so that you have been escaped !
Share this info to your known friends circle and social media.
Avoid shopping in ShopClues especially by using any bank details like debit/credit card.
Don’t store any card details on that site. (Its safe if followed in all shopping sites)
At last be careful in installing apps with unwanted permissions. (Avoid such apps if possible)
Did you complain about that order somewhere? you should also check if your email is compromised.
Ask ShopClues first how the information has. Leaked ,
the courier guys also sell info,
i suggest you keep a separate number for all eCommerce sites, the one which is not linked to your banks
It is 3rd class shopping site, they sales user’s personal data
