I BOOKED REFILL ON INDIAN OIL SITE FOR 547.50 …IT WAS CLEARLY MENTIONED NO EXTRA CHARGES WILL BE DEBITED AS PER INDIA GOVERNMENT RULE TILL 31ST DEC …I PAID 547.50 FROM MY CARD ..MY BALANCE IN THE CARD WAS 2000 RS..EVEN WHILE DOING PAYMENT ON TICKET COMPLIMENT PAGE IT WAS WRITTEN 547.50[NO EXTRA CHARGES]…..EVEN IN MY STATEMENT IT IS WRITTEN 547.50 ….BUT BALANCE IN MY CARD IS 1436 …I.E 15 RS LESS THEN WHAT IT SHOULD BE ….NO MENTION OF THIS 15RS …I WANT TO TEACH A LESSON TO THEM…I’M GOIGN TO COMPLAIN AGAINST THEM TO INDIAN GOVERNMENT WEBSITE ..THEY ARE SO CLEVER …THAT THEY ARE NOT EVEN MENTIONING THIS CHARGES ANYWHERE ….BUT LIKE THIEFS ….OMITTING FROM THE CARD

Since waiver is on temp basis…; they may not have made changes in their system.
and, I guess its not their intention to do any fraud. But everything happened all of a sudden (unexpected 
) – no one got time to make changes in their system….

I never paid extra charges on fuel. I always use Digibank card for fuel ⛽.
Whenever I use ticket compliments card at petrol bunks they are deducting sur charge along with amount. This is common.
Indane website charges 1% extra for all online payments of Gas Cylinder Refill booking. The 1% extra charge is automatically included on the payment Gateway page, the Indane website does not mention it anywhere
what about other LPG companies… do they charge extra for online booking.. is the delivery on time

RECEIVED IT BACK WITHIN 5 DAYS THOUGH I NEVER CONTACTED THEM AS IT WAS 15 RS ONLY …BUT STRANGE THING IS THERE IS NO REFERENCE OF THIS IN THE STATEMENT ..EITHER DEBIT OR CREDIT .
They may reverse later or talk to them first.
