I puchased a Hindware Chimney during GIF sale, It was written “Free 1 year extended warranty” in top banner.
But even after delivery, I haven’t received the warranty details from AcKo.
I contacted amazon, they are denying that there was no such offer. I am shocked, because I saw that offer.
I want to send them the screenshot, but I don’t have it,
Did anyone in DD community purchased appliances with 1 year extended warranty from Amazon during GIF sale ?
And can you also tell the timeline ?

In mobile purchase the insurance automatically activated on my account after ship
Even I have not received any information on extended warranty. I purchased two high valued items from amazon just because of this free extended warranty. I have called them up multiple times but have not received any positive response.
