free reliance bigtv dth installation 5 yrs--we r cheated?

hi booked a new bigtv dth connection dated 2march 18 by paying 499 rs in advance. promised installation in 30-45 days. this time window already passed. no satisfactory/confirmatory answer by teleexecutives of them. called several times asking to wait for other 15 days.
what to do/whr to approch?
no revert answer by them on mail/twitter/facebook
not even a single installation done by them yet in india probably as found and confirmed over google

Same at my end. Mine 45 days also completed but no installation yet by them and same answer by CC.

All subscribers should send separate complaint emails demanding action and refund to TRAI or which ever the concerned authority is.

Reliance DTH is worst and fake. Cheating people by taking booking money. No installation happens in 45 days. Same here in Pune. Madarchod sale cheating people.

Oh …such a cheat…first false promise to install in 30 to 45 days…then another sms to install in next 15 days…now for ladt 45 days no message…feal big time cheated…not expected from Reliance..
How could you guys trust Reliance Bigtv after the closure of Rcom and migration of Bigtv users to another operator ?

Cc call fails everyone and sets new deadline for installation. Initially 45 days, then June end, then July end and now by end of August 18th.
No refund request also accepted. Mailed called 100 times.
Upon trai website found no of nodal officer which has been replaced 2 yes back!!
Finally from somewhere I found contact details of their nodal officer, Mr Deepak vasudev a( regional head sales north)

But this guy is also making false promises. No reply in issue of installation or refund?
Mailed, SMS many times to him.
Never again picked my call.
If anyone is also feel cheated from reliance go call him at this no.

Govt officials won’t take any action unless this goes to media. This scam is possibly running in hundreds of crores rupees of public money.

This program is telecast Monday to Friday at 2030 hrs. They may have changed number. You can get it from program itself

mail to both of this email id regarding refund of your pre-processing giving your name ,account name(wherethe money to be refunded),ifsc code,if registration id of your pre-processing is there also mention it and a screenshoot of your transaction of rs 499/-
if you got a reply from their nodal officer email id then you will get your money back. i sent a mail on 3 aug and the refund was credited to my account on 10 aug. i was also facing same challenges as you.
I booked on 1-3-18 . Now when I am calling customer care, they are telling no details of booking in my name, phone number, email I’d. Emailed them on [email protected] but no response. Please help me
Write to your bank that no service is provided hence chargeback. Credit card customers will definitely get refund.
I had already posted my comments in the original deal not to buy it, even if you get the dth it will mostly contain free to air channels only.

That Reliance TV deal had comments showing how this company looted in past but people still bought ignoring all those comments 
now it is independant tv… luks like everybody will get installation…. they even have HD channels

Now we received a call regarding installation. The dealer has confirmed 2 connection booked. But I am afraid to give money of Rs 1750 as they are giving mostly free to air channel. I asked him to give complete channel details before installation . From Sirsa,. Haryana

Although, today morning I called regional sales head north+sales head haryana.they both confirmed that 26-27th aug onwards installation has been started . C& f panchkula has already dispatched for Faridabad 2 days back. Positively in next 24 hrs it will reach dealer/subdealers r going to get it and process of installation will be started on war footing. They assured me to wait for max 1 week more.

Also about channel contents, initially they r going to offer 300+ paid channels including diff diff category of paid channels. Few Remaining regional content channels will be uploaded in next 45 days.

Today they came for installation in the name of Independant TV and done the installation, but they asked us to pay 2000+500(already paid). As per big tv 1500+500(advance) only. Did anybody paid 2000 at the time of Instalaltion.
I m waiting yet for installation hence cannt comment abt charges. A guy called 1o days back saying calling fm local vendor and asked for installatiin confirmation in a day or two. Yesterday also someone asked for address saying installation due for evening but nobody turned up.
