my freecharge a/c is suspended,

what should I do now..
plz help.

there is 942rs in it.

@taujipanipat93 You likely have multiple accounts and they were somehow able to link at least two of your accounts. Email their customer support. They will ask you to do KYC and to also show bank statements with Freecharge debits. If you proceed to do this, they will unblock your account. If you can not or will not do KYC, you can ask them for a refund of the money in your account. They will transfer the funds to the source account (assuming all or a bulk of it was not just promotional cashback). CC @chetanc12

yes, I hv multiple accounts. .

but in my bank statement. .

there is no freecharge transaction..
bcoz I always received money from my friend, then use that money…
so, can’t able to provide bank statement. ..

if the trf money to source…

I guess. But if that “friend’s account” happens to be the one linked to this blocked account, then they might deny. Email their customer care to get definitive answers specific to your special situation.

I already tried on paytm, mobikwik, udio.
they all denied. .
transaction failed.

@taujipanipat93 Freecharge VCC doesn’t work on the wallets you mentioned anyway so the transaction failure is unrelated. They must have also blocked the VCC. But I do not have a definitive answer about whether they also block the VCC when blocking an account.

no bro, its confirmed. even single genuine accts are being targeted. basically they want to have verified accts to avoid fraud.

With regards to your query, on checking with our internal team, it has been confirmed that the account has been blocked due to security reasons. Hence, the account cannot be unblocked further. 

However, if you have any general balance in your FreeCharge wallet, the same would be refunded to the same source bank account/card which was used to load money.

Refunded amount will reflect in your source bank account/card within 7 to 10 working days as per bank norms.

Steps To Unblock Your Freecharge Account :-

You Must know your email ID for this Processor .
Login To Your Email Account And Compose a Mail .
Address it to [email protected].
Subject Line Should be “Request To Unblock Freecharge Account“.
Type In the Message if You Probably
know the Reason for the same .
Provide Email id and Mobile Number for the account .
Remember To Attach Your Bank Statement From Which you add Money To Freecharge Account .
Attach Any ID Proof For Faster Processor .
Done, Send It , Within 2-7 Days You will Get Reply from them If your Account is unbloked or they required some more information
