Freecharge Account Suspended

Today added Rs. 1000on my Fc acc. with 5% CB offer. But as the amount was not reflecting there downloaded and installed Fc app on my new smartphone ( android ). Logged in to the Fc account and the amount of Rs. 1457 was showing there including CB. Tried on the PC browser again and got the following message :
" Your account has been temporarily suspended due to security reasons. Please contact [email protected] "
Contacted FC support and they replied :
" As per our records account has been blocked due to security reasons & cannot be unblocked further.
However, if you have any general balance in your FreeCharge wallet, the same would be refunded to the same source (bank account/card) which was used to load money into your Freecharge account.
Refund amount will reflect in your source (bank account/card) within 5 to 7 working days as per bank norms. "
I’ve only this FC acc.. Any idea what to do ow ? There was Cbs from irctc, SD shoping and recent add money offer. Now all gone and stupid Fc people are saying account can not be unblocked. How unfair !

OP mightve tried to login to FC account from multiple devices same time (within an hour), so they blocked his account for suspicious activity
For me 3 ac got suspened and after some of day all get active if anythink not work for you say alll is well may ur ac alo get unbloked

I just hate freecharge for no reason. Just have one account and rarely use it but never keep money in it 
Freecharge offers are never tempting for me. And account is still active

Nowadays whenever I use unknown device it sends over a mail asking whether I logged in from that device. When u confirm it, it says device added in trusted list. Did u do that?
done as soon as downloaded, installed and logged into my Fc acc. through app. from new phone yesterday. But still acc. is blocked. Fc ate all the CB amount plus general balance. They said general balance will be refunded but I can’t trust on their lies.
Fc is operating like a cheat fund now.
If any guy/ gal working on FC reads this I’ve only 1 more question :
Your system shows temporary suspension but your CC team said my account has been permanently suspended – Do your management / cc team even know the meaning of the word " Temporary " ? "

I can understand Blocking Accounts logged in from same App / Mobile Device ……
But how is it wrong if my Family have different account and use same WiFi and/or Laptop…. usme bhi Objection hai ??
Thanks for the suggestion but after I’ve mailed them about I can provide the id proofs and bank statement there’s no response from their side. Tweeted them too still nothing.

Ya 1 out of ____ Those guys gave me final warning and told that account will be reopened shortly. Waiting for 12 days . Still no progress. Lazy fellows. 
freecharge is very aggressive now , but its good for them and us.

Nope it was blocked permanently. I gave them mu voter id, aadhar id, pan and bank statement and it was still locked. Morons were taking too much time to refund general balance ( or they were trying not to issue refund at all ) .. at last couple of twitter posts with screenshots of e-mail did the trick for getting refund. One of my friend’s account got also blocked. He was applying “INDIA” coupon code ( Rs. 20 CB on Rs. 20 recharge ). That was also his only account and accessed it from his phone only. He is also waiting for refund.
I’m really concerned about the way Freecharge is running now. They are integrated with snapdeal and before my account blocking I’ve bought some electronic products from them. Now as my ac is blocked how am I suppose to get an invoice if I need – SD did not gave me one and I thought it’s okay s I can get it later anytime. Because of Fc SD’s sales figure will decline but I don’t think the guys who configured the anti fraud system at FC realize this. They are high with their so called “perfect” system – bunch of idiots. The future is not very bright for FC and SD and it’s actually what they deserve.
Flopkart did something similar Myntra – once they see their sales revenue at a very high figure their feet don’t touch ground anymore and they just want to do what they think is right. Where FK’s app only model now ? Technology and perfecting of it is for good of people and of business – not monopolizing it and a thing to boast and feel self pride in it.
You have got the tech and money so don’t just think you are the best out there and every thing you do or your system is perfect.
about account blocking even though Fc and SD are not linked like before the account which Fc blocked so did SD automatically is still in blocked state from SD’s side. Though they are sending me discount coupons on that e-mail id regularly. Height of stupidity. One temporary block is going on for more than a year from Sd;s side. Sd is even worse than FC so did they fell. Once Amazon, Sd, Fk and ebay were competing with each other. Now where is Sd and ebay … they did not got fade away because of us dimers they dug their own grave for their glutony and thinking all of us as eveil. They wanted to play GOD and now look where they are now. Anyway, I don’t think those high pay taking enter…***prsss will suffer any loss. It’s only the employees who were so eager to catch the possible suspicious customer. Cheers
