i ordered medicines from 1mg and paid using freecharge total bill was 725 and received 15% cashback of rs 50 but then some medicines were not available with 1mg so they changed the invoice to 688 and refunded 37rs but freecharge sent mail that since refunded amount is less than cashback received no money will be added to the account

Removed ask 1mg to refund the money on 1mg wallet or something.
This happens all the time.
When I return some damaged products in Grofers and stuff, they ask whether they should refund on PayTM / Mobikwik / Freecharge or Grofers wallet because that will effect the cash back.

@akhil289 bro they are right both freecharge & 1mg store because Refund is always adjusted from cashback you got . Refund = Refunded Amount – Cashback

What typically happens on grofers (example) :-
Order of 500. 15% cashback – Shows 75 cashback after delivery.
Product received of 400 only. 100 refunded to wallet. Cashback reduced to 60 (15% of 400).
