Freecharge cashback not getting credited

s I am also facing same..may know for how much we recharge while using REFERRAL code to get 50 as cashback?

I recharged with Rs. 100 for a postpaid number and Rs. 100 for a DTH connection

One more of my friend used my referral code but the cashback did not get credited.

You have used the same CC/DC.

they are not providing a particular cashback more than once for the same debit/credit card…
So use different cards for availing cashback.

Yeah i faced the same problem and raised a ticket and finally got the cashback in 24 years,actually now they’re not giving cashback instantly !!!

Answer: The cashback is given ONLY on transactions where the recharge/bill payment is processed successfully. Also, you will also get the cashback ONLY on transactions made via Debit & Credit cards and ONLY ONCE per card (Debit/Credit card). If you meet these criteria and have still not received it, please wait for 8-12 hours and you should get the cashback as FreeCharge Credits.

Mail them at care@freechar…om instantly after the recharge, cashback will be credited after an hour or two after mailing them.

the trick here is that they fail your recharge 3-4 times then after the recharge is successful they say payment was done by freecharge credits so no cashback! Height of defrauding!
