Freecharge is now paidcharge(no free coupons now) !
Really shocking to inform that i am not able to see option of selecting free coupons in new freecharge site 
Its time to tweet them for changing website name for not providing free coupons…

Use incognito…don’t login
initiate recharge and then login when it asks. U should see old site.Not sure if works now though. Just try

Website was named freecharge because it used to provide free coupons with recharge but now they must name it paidcharge
