FREECHARGE saying email not signed up for existing account.

I have one freecharge account unused since long time but now when i try to sign in using email it says to signup instead. i dont remember phone number used in that account. i checked email and found last email from freecharge was in 2016 regarding some promo code discount.
Even tried google login still same

i wanted to know which phone number is used in that account and balance if any. If I signup both purposes are getting defeated plus am wasting a new number too
