****Rining bells Loyalty Program Scam***

Friends,
whoever paid for loyalty program to get ringing bells seems like a planned scam.I was said by a friend to join this loyalty program and I totally ignored it. Now i can see the site http://www.ringingbells....n/ redirecting us to some payment URL and keeps on throwing page down error.
Is it like taking the money of loyalty card holders and aiming for a big scam?
