Instead of controlling the source of the problems, this govt is as usual going for their stupid but easy route of troubling the buyers.
This is going to be the next level of harrassment for the honest tax payers while the actual hoarders (aka corrupt) will continue to use their ways (again with black money) to walk around this proposal.
