Would request everyone to post the name of the seller (as written in the tax invoice) next time onwards. These sellers might have different names in different marketplaces like Shopclues, HS18, Tradus etc. But their original company name will be the same in Tax Invoice.

True. Dimepicher bhai’s thread has helped lots of dimers place loads of orders today (and will continue to do so every time Paytm decides to give insane discounts)

BTW, I ordered two pieces each of two tupperware dabbas from SVS Sales. I remember that in the previous sales, a few dimers said that their items were ordered in multiple quantities, but they got only one. Were these issues resolved? Did anyone find out whether it was Paytm’s fault or the sellers’ fault?

It’s actually the sellers who are doing these con acts. Karthi has mentioned that Bozz World sent an invoice of 2 quantities in a well-packed parcel containing one piece of it.

So plz do a video while unpacking these products as you may need it for future reference & proof.

worst seller “handlloomdaddy”. Very inflated price products, cheap quality. Also bad in return handling. Waiting for 8 days to get his confirmation for return payment.

2) Products bought: Woodland sandals, Two different types

3) Quality of the product: Worst!, for the first pair there was a major leather torn. For second pair, both sandals are different types i.e. the pair sandals consisted of sandals from two different type of sandals

4) Authenticity: E-shopex, Doesn’t exist in India as per google! And also when i ordered woodland sandals a seller named “Emmadi associated” from Hyd sent me these. So twice i had bitter situations with “Emmadi associated”

5) Packaging: Good

Bought PORTONICS CUBIX AUX SPEAKER for Rs.365 from PAYTM, but its not charging, I think I have got defective product. There is no exchange option, only I can return it.

This speaker is working if I put Microusb charger into it, but on battery mode its not working, is there any way to change its battery or to give service center ????

On other website cost of this speaker is Rs.650

JIYA TRADING COMPANY (bought twp Alda cookware, was surprised by Alda’s quality…excellent)
SHREE BALAJI COMPUTERS (bought Ambrane powerbank)

Not so good: VINOD HOUSEWARE (reason: the Vinod cookwares are average quality and the seller shipped little defective items…both the seller and Vinod cookware are avoidable)

BTW, all my orders are dispached after 3 days earliest, guess it’s paytm thing.

Out of topic: Paytm gave me less cashback two times and haven’t followed up on my emails and tickets raised. Their CC take forever to pickup call. What to do?

Just received my 2 orders , Here is review .

1) The name of the seller(s) : F & D eshop

2) Products bought : F & D v560

3) Quality of the product : Great & its Genuine as its seal packed & seller is F & D india itself

4) Authenticity : Its 100 % origional as name & address of importer on box is same of seller in bill F & D India .

5) Packaging : What to say ? Its a paytm big bag with shipping printout in transparent packet of bag but not sticked . Inside it a snapdeal bag covering box of product .

6) Bills attached or not (Pricing as well) : Yes .

7) A short review : As i found in various reviews about this product , its really upto mark . Awesome sound . Changeble color rings in box . Carrying pouch in bag too . But pouch is not as good as comes with byte corseca .

8) Anything else (related to the purchase) : Warranty card is unstamped , maybe it is because it is inside sealed box & they don’t want to break seal . But as i purchased it from Fenda India & has their bill so i think that’s not big issue .

Another thing bought is venus transparent electronic digital bathroom weighing machine . Purchased from WeighingScale after reading users review in this thread . No problem packing is good , bill is there & product is awesome . Can’t say about accuracy as it need to test more.

Overall happy with paytm . But waiting for another discount round .

4) Authenticity : Its 100% Fake, On the box it was written White But It was brown inside.

6) A short review :The product was fake and will not suggest anyone to buy from this seller. It was like the fake Nike, reebok, addidas footwear and apparels sold on roadside in Delhi. I am sure this guy must be selling on roadside earlier and now has taken up online selling.

I have taken this initiative as there is no rating of sellers in Paytm & many were complaining about the quality &/or quantity of the products that they received.

So far I am happy with Paytm’s sellers (but am sure to face some difficulty in the future like all other sites I have purchased from. It includes the biggies like Flipkart & Amazon).

6) A short review: Will buy again but only cuz of the fantastic cashback offer. On a sidenote VAT TIN or PAN was not mentioned. On the bill seller’s name was stated as BKS OBI PUBLISHERS ‘N’ DISTRIBUTORS based in New Delhi. Ordered on 11th just before midnight. Did nt ship until 15th within a few hours of raising a complaint with Paytm. FWIW a few pages had their upper margins taped.

Guys, any idea what option to select in case your order was for a quantity of two and one item arrived broken? The ‘Return’ option does not let me specify details.
Sent Customer care an email mentioning this and attached a photo of the broken item.
Should I blindly select ‘Return’ for the order or is the email to Customer care enough? Or will I have to return both items? The other item is intact and of good quality.
The item is a tupperware dabba; the seller is SVS Sales.

The item arrived well packed and the packing was undamaged. The broken fragment isn’t in the box either. I think the seller packed a broken item.
Previously had another order from the same seller, it’s good.

Also, seller ‘Lock & Lock’ sent the wrong item (sent 1L instead of 2L). I initiated a return for that too. He was previously only late, now he’s late and careless. Sent an email to Customer care specifying the details. The quality of the product is really nice though, hope I get the replacement for the correct version and not a refund. Mom is joking that she’ll keep the 1L item too if the seller agrees to give the same 65% discount on it.
