Google Pay not giving scratch card for transacting on niki

Didn’t receive scratch card for transacting on niki.ai on 11th worth Rs. 4850 whereas I was told that I will get it by 15th eod.
Today they told that I have have already received 2 scratch cards in the months of March and April. Hence, I can’t receive 3rd one in May as their offer only allowed maximum 2 scratch cards during offer period on niki.
Anyone else faced the same issue?

My txn was done on 11th
I thought the offer was for 3 scratch cards. One a month. Maybe they changed it. Seems a lot of of companies change T&C on the fly. By the seat of their pants it seems. No one actually thinks about anything. I did not expect this from google but seems like they are as headless as the rest of them.
No scratch Card received for tranx on 16th … Niki still shows it at the time of payment
It was there till 15th only.
Google is bankrupt so no scratch cards now 
But I have received 4 scratch cards till date.. from Feb – May, once per month.
Transaction for current month done on 6th-May’19
You got lucky
Niki.ai support keeps telling me that many users are facing the same issue and GPay is not responding to their request of fixing it.
They’re not running this offer in the month of June yet.
Same issue with me.
Txn done on April 05.. there was offer for scratch card worth min. 35 I haven’t received that yet.
Their so-called specialist team don’t work. Uninstalled both G-Pay and Niki and rated 1⭐
