Got a used Cult.fit code from Flipkart. Anyone can help on this?

So today I redeemed 200 supercoins for a 15 days fitness pass to Cult.fit. I traded it with someone. The guy tried to use the coupon and he says that the coupon is showing as used.
Has anyone faced any issue like this with Flipkart Cult.fit codes? Does anyone has any idea what can I do now? I already emailed Cult.fit about this issue and Flipkart too. Waiting for their reply.
Does Flipkart send used Cult.fit codes?

I hope Cult.Fit codes are working only on redeemers mobile number as per flipkart.
Seen somewhere in TnC that wont work with others mobile number while visiting.

Happened with Drivezy code
Took 3-4 mails , calls to convince them (Flipkart), finally they issued Flipkart Gc of equivalent amount
