Got cheated by payumoney..how to get the money back

Can anyone help..someone used my login details and stole 2000rs and i didnt receive any update.
payumoney customer care is very careless they even share one of other payumoney account details to my twitter account.
when i try to say this to payumoney that i will expose this they are not still helping me to get my money back.
its almost 8 months they didnt help.Neither do giftxoxo where the tranasaction happend.
pls let me know how can i proceed to get my money back.
Tried their twitter acct,mailed but no use.

Gift xoxo useless buggers … but payumoney has customer protection clause where they follow up with the merchant in case of an issue… They have become annoying lately… Since u r following up with them for last 8 months.. start writing on their Twitter and Facebook every hour… see if that works…

Someone from inside hacked my account and payumoney didn’t help though I mailed their CEO sales manager..
Can anyone help where can I escalate payumoney so they can give my money back..
Pls rember I too got a customer info by mistake from their stupid customer care
