Got cheated by snapdeal

“I have purchased casio edifice watch from snapdeal 6 month back for 6k with a discount of 20 % I have rarely used watch but on wearing 2 or 3 times scratches has occured when I tried to contact casio show room they replied that they have do not have any data for this serial num and they showed me the same by scanning the bar code mentioned on warrant card it was hard to believe that the watch is a fake one but they denied to give service and told to contact seller i tried same from snapdeal but none of cc exs want to discuss this now i am planning to move down to consumer forum”
