But main problem is that the product I got under amazon loot offer (1800 cash back ).
So I m not sure that amazon give me refund or not.

Refund will be adjusted against cashback..if the product is worth more than 1800 you will get the difference

I also ordered prestige induction top panel of induction was broken but their was no return option. So I contacted Amazon cc on call they said they will replace it and it got successfully replaced

Its tricky what will amazon do. The way they handled recent cashbacks. It seems they will not refund unless u r lucky. Better to do replacement if possible.
