Got Duped-Iphone6s-Payumoney seller.Need help.

Need your kind guidance on this.
I checked an post on Olx claiming to sell Iphone 6s for 30000, when i asked for details, he claimed the phone as Brand new, with manufacturer Warranty. He Initially told to Pay rs 50 through payumoney and transfer the remaining amount of 29950 from Isfc bank transfer.
However i knew it will be risky to pay through bank so i asked him can i pay the entire money through payumoney and he immediately shared the link for the entire amount. He assured me that he is a verified and authorized seller of payumoney. So i thought as the amount is covered under buyers protection of Payumoney. I thought to give it a try.
Now it has been 10 days i havent received the phone, The seller claims to have delivered the Phone. I have paid for 2 orders 62000 in total. Now when i try to call the phone is switched off and on other he is not responding. Even payumoney isnot releasing the amount to me as the seller has shown some proof. I havent got any tracking number neither i havent got any product. he gave me a bill without the Product serial number or any State tax deductions.

How u guys can even pay like at least 10k to someone you just met via trading platform

@zaideesh Try contacting PayU care again via fb/twitter. And follow up on the issue with all the proofs that you have.
Note : If something sounds too good to be true , then it probably is.
How he gave you bill ?
U transferred 62K ? Are you out of mind ?
Mail Payumoney or call them immediately and explain them the problem thoroughly, if they give some positive response than its good or rush to police station.
Why on earth someone will give new phone bearing loss of 20K, bheje me nai utarti baat????
now a days seeing some looters (price error or heavy discount) , everyone in real world thinking online shopping is best thing in world where you get anything at any price .
many people are getting trapped bcoz of this , also many users even my some relatives shop grocery by seeing buy 1 get 2 free without realizing actual worth . and if these guys fet defective product then even they dont know how to escalate it in better way to get issue resolved , they just call , cc denies to them and they get silent with huge loss .
First lodge FIR. Do not waste time. Then follow up with Payumoney, they will be obliged to help you after FIR.
When you are aware of Desidime and seems to be well educated, wonder how you fell into his trap.

Ya this deal was too good to be true. Mistaken, however The money is with payumoney as the case is in dispute. I knew the process of payumoney and buyers protection, But what i didnt know is he will ship the product and will have receiptant proof aswell.. Totally these guys made up the entire show. Im co-ordinating with the Payumoney, and they say there is no need of going for police.

I did bot buy freedome251 and never buy iphone 6 from olx quikr at 3000 i dont trust olx quikr guy also
but zaideesh trusted because of payumoney I dont know what the hell he was thinking Its payumoney not amazon

People are crazy, once i put an ad over quikr and olx for a Xiaomi mobile, one buyer from Orissa/Assam contacted me for bank details, he was all ready however i denied
People in rural areas or who haven’t done any transaction in past believes Olx/classified websites like Ebay/Flipkart
@OP With PayUmoney your money is safe, call them on daily basis and drop an email with complete details…..
