Got Sugar instead of iPhone 7 from Flipkart !

Long time user of desidime but creating thread coz I got this problem.
So, I recently ordered iPhone 7 from flipkart and got sugar instead of the phone. Flipkart gonna help in this case???
I have recorded video as well. Only problem is that I was recording it from iphone 6 and recording got cut in middle coz I got a call.

Please share your opinions on this and what to do. Although not worried since i have been shopping online since 2008 and know about these things.
Glad that I recorded and everyone should while unboxing any costly item.

iPhone 7 does not come with that sort of ghisa-pita shrink-wrapping. It comes with a different type of clear plastic wrapping that has no visible seams and a pull-tab to easily “unwrap” it (watch some genuine unboxings to see what I mean).
This is proof that the packaging was tampered with before it reached you. That is all the proof you need. You have a strong case. If Flipkart refuses to accept this bullet-proof reasoning, then you should go to consumer court and you will easily win.

No proper reaction coz I have seen such things happening and thats why I recorded it. Also maybe I am expression less.
I just hope the culprit should go to jail who ever did it.

For someone unboxing an iPhone 7, dude you faked it bad. Seriously it seems fake. Your reaction is so fake considering the cost of the phone.

Then OP opened the package removed iphone, resealed with sugar 
Made video of the unboxing of sugar in iphone packagaing and joined the second video to the first of original iphone 
No you can here the sugar’s sound before that.
Maybe he add it later lol.
To be honest,
I think whoever has opened the package, removed the seal in a way, add up the sugar from beforehand, cello taped the seal (you can clearly see that) . Then put it inside sealed the package and we’re not able to see the other side of the package. Maybe someone opened it from there and now he’s opening from this side during the video.

0:07 it was cut in OPs side (it was cut probably in the joint of yellow and while side) and then joined again
3:15 OP just tried to strip off the thin flip but the upper part also came out smoothly

If that is official seller/Flipkart barcode, then OP is true.
If fake bar code then OP is one dedicated scammer.
Balance of probabilities is that Flipkart seller is the scammer.
Learn to look for the untamperable aspects rather than the tamperable ones.
I have bought the iPhone 7 from TATACliq. My friends have bought two pieces from Amazon.
None of us had this ghatiya shrink wrapping done by the seller. The only reason a seller would even do this is if the seal on the official wrapping was broken.
OP’s mistake#1 – The moment he saw this shrink wrapping, he should have stopped unwrapping and filed a return claim instead, or done this in the presence of a Flipkart official.

At 3:25min op removed the plastic covering !! But after that evry smartphone box has a circular tape with a msg !! if unsealed please return !! These circular tape is absent in this video !!

But before opening he had shaked the box and the sound of sugar was heard!!

iPhone 7 box does not come with that circular seal. I would like Apple to put that seal for greater security, but Apple being Apple, they have to do things differently, and they don’t put that seal.
Bhai if you are Right and not Lying then Go Ahead you will definitely get your Refund Or Replacement And even if your are lying in this case also u will get the same if you r lucky But but but Soon You will be in Trouble if you use the Phone
PS – bhai don’t do cheap things Yaar it’s it the matter of few hundreds – think about seller

guys, seems op is trying to find out the possible mistakes he did via us which we r providing the same to him free of cost n then he will patch those mistakes n come up with 2nd version of unboxing video
op if u r genuine which i really doubt over here then raise with fk but if u trying to dupe fk then be aware that ecom’s have tie ups with cyber crime cells n they have dedicated teams for ecom’s for this kind of frauds. once ur caught ur whole background history would be checked, even ur bank accts/transactions n all.

I know this guy (the uploader) as we study at the same place. professional scammer. he has a good idea of repacking stuff and also heavily buys and sells on ebay. he often also boosts of ‘looting’ on online sites. he could easily do all this fake re-packing on his own in a day and also make this edited video.
By the way when you start of unboxing video suddenly shake the phone why did you do that you know it has sugar or something notice anybody then when you on call you clean all the wrappers ? Place is so clean why and you tube comment one of your friend tell your past record… And the what’s app group i am not satisfied with this video if you are a right person then go Flipkart fight for the phone … Choice is yours you only know the truth…..

Also, those talking about interruptions. Have you ever heard of Timestamp on a video? The full video was recorded under 10 mins and I Have the original video files saved if Flipkart or police needs it for Proof.
No one in the world can help you other than Flipkart and even you know that. People have all rights to judge anything and everything on the internet and if you are true about it why do you have bother? Haters will be haters.
You have kept only the positive comments and deleted the negative comments on youtube. If you had nothing to hide you wouldn’t have done that probably?

You don’t have to be girl to give “fake” reactions and you only had to be a normal human being who was expecting a phone inside to give some genuine reflexes. You said that you were so experienced with online shopping that you didn’t seem to be perturbed when you saw sugar. Do you mean you have experienced such bad things so many times that you almost expect something else in all your packages?
After you got suspicious that there was something else when you shook the package you still had the patience to clean up everything after your “supposed” phone call? Wow that’s some shopping “experience” to expect what’s inside the box.
Anyway like most others I wouldn’t buy into this video and you shouldn’t even care about what me and others think about it. If what you showed is the truth you will definitely get justice. We just told what we felt because 2+2 doesn’t seem to be 4 here. Good luck no hard feelings.
