there are two forms of rice, raw rice and parboiled rice. parboiled rice has a longer shelf life. but raw rice life is limited.

If some one is still thinking that there are poor people in India, then those ‘’some one’’ must be put in exhibition as a rare piece.

Each worker earn at least Rs400 per day, if they go to any type of work in India.
Our work force is costlier than growing food.

PS: The above reply is NOT suitable for lazy people who want every thing free without putting any effort.

poor people remain poor mostly because of their lesser/no education, by taking advantage some people are able to loot them, or it is because of their bad habits (too much drinking/gambling) mostly. They don’t save money.

If you are born poor, it’s not your mistake, But if you die poor it’s your mistake.
• Bill Gates

Exceptions are always there but it is valid mostly.

But there are not Rs 400/day jobs for everyone. Or even the majority.

Frankly, it seems you have not seen the poverty present in India. Ever been to a rural place?

Yes, India has money. The rich, the govts, the politicians, have loads of money. India does have money, but its concentrated in the hands of few. If the disparity is reduced, and corruption eliminated, the number of poor will go down drastically. But that does not mean poverty doesnt exist in India, or that people are poor because they dont want to work. Why do lakhs of Graduates and post guraduates apply for clerical jobs, if there was easy availability of jobs, as was suggested by yout rs 400/day jibe.

Do not make fun of the poor.

@mas143forever
1)Just ask any person who ever come across to you when you come out of the house first time in the morning, how much they make per day. You will know the reality.
2)Just ask your self, what makes the Bihari belt people to come to southern states like MH/KA/AP/TS (even with language barrier)?

If your known people are working for less than 400/day, let them contact me, I will provide them job. They just need to work for farmers, just 8 hours per day.

PS: If the farmer is able to employ a person for 300/day, he will make at least 25% more yearly income.

True, there is vast disproportion in money distribution in india.

On contrary now many new millionaire are coming in society. Poor people remain there many times because of their own choices.

Coming to graduates and PG applying for clerical jobs, then that is because in India getting a degree is very easy. Our education system is very bad. mostly People don’t have skills, they have only degrees or they want to stay in their comfort jone.

No one has made fun of poor. Its about accepting harsh truth. One shall struggle until goal is achieved. Check top 10 richest of world, atleast 5 of them are self made.

Kuch v. Day labour earns 200-300… The official price is 500 something but they don’t get work daily so they accept jobs @ 200-300.. call center guys earn 300-400 per month. That too after 10-12 hour shift. If you can give everyone job and provide 400 please join our Ministry of Labour and Employment.
