1. min delivery amount increased from 0 to 1200 even for SBC customers
2. Free delivery amount increased from 500 to 1200 even for SBC customers
2. delivery charge increased from 29 to 49 even for SBC customers
3. DELIVERY code not working for sbc.
4. many many items not available/rates increased – this is justifiable in current situation
5. now oc2 also not being applied, even on grofers own items
6. They are not allowing OC2 usage and still deducted 300 OC2 ( even when i am ordering every month)
7. no response on mails or tweets.

it also came to end now. no more good offers. not combing, user specific etc.
i liked grofers due to low price, low delivery charge and low free delivery amount.
I agree grofers is looting alot I purchased sbc membership now they changing tnc here and now more often
I just checked now:
→ Able to place order for even as low as 89.
→ Getting Free delivery on ₹800.
→ You missed ₹15 extra as slot charge which they are charging over ₹49 delivery (₹39 previously).
So total of extra ₹64 needs to be paid. That’s too much
→ prices are increased really too much and delivery code not working.
Then its city specific
Bhai sabh log aise time pai loot tai hai.even local shop.my brother purchased pani puri ’’puri" packet at 90 which regular cost 50
I’m not even able to place orders
not allowing to use orange cash but deducting/reducing for non usage
Orange cash was applying on bed sheets and such random stuff for me, it’s useless though
taking rs.15 extra for that free plastic bag packing

Ask your Indian govt. to provide free grocery as Indian farmers have grown enough grains that has over exhausted to be stored. We the foolish and ignorant, just feel stupid to ask for basic things. If middle class and poor people start buying things from their savings then at the end of this pandemic, we’re going to be poor. All the money of middle class and poor will be gone to rich people and this is a scene of upcoming poverty of India.. we’re going to die not of Corona but of hunger very soon(economy crash = an unbalanced distribution of currency through out the people of a country)

Buy from Local vendors till then , even if they charge high, as even online sellers are looting black and blue.
Bigbasket is unable to provide me any delivery slot since the start of the lockdown in March lol & I thought their network is huge…

Small suggestion…don’t order till they reduce delivery prices…thats all…n i hope there may nt be much difference in price in offline…

Just one word to say about grofers worst better to buy from local shops they don’t want loyal customer even if you manage to order you will banned 😬 don’t know which items people are buying every item price is higher than usual days they want customer to suffer boycott grofers every grofers items are pathetic even if you complaint or tweet they choose wisely and many positive reviews looks fake

after so many emails and tweets or may be by following bigbasket pattern, they increased 1 months SBC memebrship but still no updates on OC2 expiry increase.
