Grofers to disable Orange cash during crisis.

Hi Dimmers,
Grofers is currently accepting order in my area but ORANGE CASH has been disabled.
To ensure that essential food and household items are available to as many customers as possible during this COVID-19 crisis, Orange Cash has been disabled on those items till supplies get back to normal.
What are your views on this?

Now play game in grofers app to find out essential items. 
They are also not taking any returns for defective items, neither during delivery nor post.
Refund are taking infinite time too! 17th March order is still not refunded.
Moreover post payment order is not confirmed and asks for repayment and then the same loop happens, post that you see 3 orders in your account all confirmed. Cancel few of them and wait for refund.
Shitty experience at Grofers. I have 2 active orders ATM will see if I can reject some items a the time of order delivery.
They have also stopped add items to existing order + bank promos + membership promo.
It seems that they have disabled orange cash altogether

Yes, 39 for all the (including members).
+13 unique products at a time so you pay 15 INR again and again. BTW slot for 10th April is open.

My refund is yet not received
Nowadays grofers are cheating its customers. They have stopped orange cash utilisation, two free delivery for bachat club members, free delivery raised to minimum 1200/- purchase and almost all product price have been raised by 30 – 40 percent. They have started playing this dirty game during this crisis. Their activities should be spread through social media to condemn grofers as far as possible.
Refunds will take upto 3 weeks. There are delays at Grofers as refunds are manual and also because of banking holidays.
Got refund in 3 days.
