@lootboysCan u all dimers, tell the advantage and disadvantage of this bill for Common Man
Kya mehanga hoga kya nahin, wo sab 4-5 mahina mein pata chal jayega, don’t believe in news as somewhere i read branded clothes would cost less after GST bill however Aajtak channel was showing it would cost more…..
Half researched articles, news, lets see what state govt. can do as they would be having power to exempt certain goods………..
Also as per my knowledge min. and max. rates would be decided however actual rates would be decided by local state govts…..

All i know is sab kuch mehnga ho jayega, even though agar koi product par tax rate kam hoga to manufacturer apna margin bhada lenga
Tax evasion would become difficult….
Businesses would be able to sell products without much hassles….
Whether this would bring any change in India’s growth story or not will be seen after next 5-15 years…..

True, to an extent, but I’m hoping manufactured goods (mainly electronics) & a number of processed food products should get cheaper. I know it’s a pipe dream but one can only hope, also just saw somewhere that Kerala CM mentioned something like 20~24% minimum rates for GST. That would be an effin disaster, especially for the services sector & common man, these guys (politicians) have no shame
Tax on MRP Means 99% Discount Gone
Saree Worth rupees 1 Lakh Now you can not buy @ 1000
Snapdeal ab tera kya hoga onlineya

There is no such thing as tax on MRP, MRP includes taxes that’s why we see 1~99% discount on such items

Wine nahin, sasti desi beer.. Bullet only 80 Rs per piece. Very energizing for first 1-2 hours and regurgitating thereafter.
Car prices will not come down Mr.Hasmuk Adhia on GST
In the press conference today the revenue secretary Hasmukh Adhia said that it is premature to debate benefits for each item such as cars. Below is the exact lines.
In today’s newspaper I find that most of the newspapers have given example of how the different items costs will come down and each item they have taken the ideal rate of 18%…I will advise that these are premature calculations and particularly in items like cars etc where calculation are saying that 27% will come down to 18% so benefit will go to consumers of cars so it is all depend on what GST structure comes to.
Flipkart not happy with gst?? Y ecom does not want gst??

GST demystified
How will it help consumers?
First, all taxes will be collected at the point of consumption. It means that if a shirt is taxed at 18%, it will include both central government’s taxes and state government’s taxes. Transparency in taxation should deter governments from indiscriminately increasing taxes as there is bound to be public backlash.
Previously tax was paid in parts.. now as the customer is paying the full tax at the point of consumption, then the middle merchants will not pay any tax?
was happy (not angry) with the government ,thanks to their promotion campaigns… just now heard that they are trying to tax the seafarers too..
poor idea just because there is no strong union for seafarers.. no country charges income tax for seafarers who sail in foreign waters.
Looks like bill is post-pone to September
What about aliexpress customs tax ????
Need AAP kejriwalji in power to remove all taxes..
