Outgoing service on Airtel no.stops on 11-Dec-18.In case of no recharge,Rs23 will deduct on 11-Dec-18 from Main Bal for 28day validity.To recharge,dial *121*51#

So decided to port my no.

Got call from them why i porting.
i said about the message i received, he said no we cannot deduct without your permission, you have to do a smart recharge for validity.

I said why should i pay for incoming calls when i was promised for lifetime validity when i purchased sim for Rs. 500 approx somewhere 15 years ago. and was getting it topped up every now and then.
He said our rules changed and if you port to others network there too same thing is their.
I said i will port to mtnl.
He argued there network is not like ours and what if it start charging afterwards.
I said you dont worry about them, think what airtel promised.
Its airtel who are playing with ethics from the very beginning. Deducted many charges falsely on name of services without our knowledge, tried 4g ,even in that for your fault of network issues if data of 3g or 2g gets used for fluctuating 4g network you charged us a bomb.

Even while Using of SMS packs on regular basis those packs was not valid on special days.

Hellotunes friends chat astrology cricketpacks etc etc where unknowingly activated and charged.

In no way i am going to pay for incoming calls to airtel as, I AM NOT ASSURED WHEN IN DAY OR NIGHT AIRTEL SUDDENLY DECIDES TO ASK ITS USERS TO RECHARGE ON DAILY BASIS TO KEEP ITS SIM ACTIVATED , AS AIRTEL HAS NO ETHICS.
