Hi guys !!
I am 31 years old unmarried guy. I am tired of using home remedy, amla, shikakai, onion, minoxidil, biotin , multivitamin blah blah…
I try to sleep at 11pm but end up at 2-3am, and wakes up at 9-10am. Lots of tension is also going in my mind like career, relationship problem etc. I daily do light workout (not intense) at gym from 6pm to 8pm. Physically I am fit. But because of reducing frontal and side hair line I am loosing confidence to talk to new people. Sometime when my so called GF argues or fight with me I feel I am no more attractive to her. 4-5 years ago I was so good looking because of my hairs. Still I have good shape of face (no fats, puffiness, or dark circle). But I want my hair back. My dad also has the same pattern of baldness but his hairs starts falling down after 40. And still he is not complete bald. But lost hair in MPB form.
I am planning to go for hair transplant. If any of you have gone thru hair transplant, kindly give me the answer of these questions.
1. What is the life span of new hairs (planted hairs on receptor area on frontal and vertex)
2. My MPB level is 3V according to Norwood scale. How much grafts do I need ?
3. Does it pain after surgery ? What precaution do we need ?
4. I am from Delhi, which time is best for surgery ? At present its summer and humidity also. Most of time scalp gets sweat.
5. Can I go gym after surgery ? Should I avoid sweat on my scalp after that?
6. What about after 2 year ? Like my existing hairs may fall with time, what if weird pattern forms on my head with fixed new hair and balding new area on other parts.
7. Does hair grow on donor area after some time ,or there will be scar forever ?
8. Which one is the best hair transplant clinic in Delhi/NCR ?

Now you don’t need to cut the donor area they ll take hair focils directly from donor area and plant it…it ll fill after few month..all hair ll be permanent they ll do the treatment for rest hair..

My friend researched a lot & got it done by Dr. Tejinder Bhatti, Chandigarh.
It cost him 2.5L , trust me he is the best doc but people will instantly know because of uneven thickness.
Btw it’s not permanent, ull have to do it every 2-3 years.

hi bro, with FEM method of transplant hairs will be extracted from donor area which won’t grow back at donor area.. it takes only 10 days to heal the scars and you can go to gym after that.. antibiotics will be given for 7 days.. your new hairs will start to grow after few months.. and yes you might lose your existing hairs but life of transplanted hairs is lifetime. best time for transplant is winters.. you can hide it under a cap and don’t tell others if you want to.. i think cost of transplant would vary from 50k to 1 lakh.. it’s 1 day procedure.. not so painful as anesthesia will be given during transplant..

Today I went to a deemo clinic , she strongly warned me not to go for hair transplant so early untill you are 30-40% bald. Right now I have 65-70% hairs. But density is less. So she recommended me to go for stem cell therpay or PRP for speed recovery of hairs. Also strictly told me to take Finalo for 60days, Multivitamins with biotin, Minoxidil 5%, FolliHair serum , Keto Shampoo for next 6 month. She show me the pic of previous patient with these medication and PRP/stem therapy.
Per session of PRP or Stem is ₹5000 and total 6 session for 6 month.

I too have done prp..My doctor also suggested same as i have 70% of hair now. But paying everymonth this much money and thing is new hair wont grow exiting hair fall wil cease.

You need to change ur perspective.
Hair transplant is just cosmetology/ super speciality.results are not as you think. It is just temporary like max 5years.
I would suggest you to improve ur self confidence more than going for these stuffs.
These minoxidil prp etc are also similar only.these are basically vasodilators increase blood supply so hair grows but u need to do it regularly and in long run results decrease significantly. Go to gym and stay fit thats enough i think.

Hair growth is a big business since ages…, no one has found a golden solution. No one will guarantee you that your current hair will remain, better focus on your health. If ur gf is serious with u she will not focus on ur hairs, but ur heart. If ur hair fall continues better use wig at some point. Some imported wigs are so much real that nobody will recognize it.
Just my 2 cents, btw someone very close to me is fully bald and haven’t found any cost effective solution other than wig. In fact I guess that some steroids therapy had resulted in serious side effect of heart attack ! Everyone close has now advised her to focus on health.

And guys, I stopped visiting my dermologist after July month. I took finasteride for 45 days, and suddenly one day my d**k got flaccid, and didnt get any erection for 2 weeks, It was the worst days of my life. I would never touch this poison again , it would better to be bald rather than impotent. Luckily I recovered soon, during those two weeks I read so many negative story of finasteride. Guys go for natural ,yoga and ayurvedic therapy only.

@kool @itzdreaming bro better go for new improved wigs, they are hard to differentiate note a days, i have seen it with two of my friends, & with first friend whom i met at my workplace only, I wasn’t aware about it till once he told him himself. Plz give it a chance
