any/all rejection, replacement, refund, goodwill GC (added manually by CSA) and even Prime extension of 1month (given for missed GDD) are ALL treated as ‘concessions’.

once the number breaches a limit or ratio of actual merchandise purchases to concessions reaches certain level, the account is internally as ‘concessions abuse detected. HMD will automatically be suppressed. please refer to knowledge portal guidelines for CAP team, before issuing any concessions’.

returning different item or damaged, used items (when their despatch center, fulfilment centre cameras had original images) too gets noted on order level because the FC or seller’s response too is weighted.

if CSA or investigation teams decide/tell that proper item was sent and damaged or wrong item picked up, then Customer can’t do much.
because the AI drone/Alexa simply counts the numbers/ checks data.
even fake delivery attempted, rejected by ATS, Delhivery, Bluedart too is often not reversed and creates issues.
the Artificial Intelligence drones/Alexa start stopping services like COD or value wise, category wise restrictions on such accounts.
the same might be reset after X weeks or Nth order delivery or certain value (amount) of successful orders delivered.

so misusing the system won’t always help.
they already stopped many features and offers, now refuse to create ‘exceptions’ (anything outside policy. even to call back after 2100-2200, on customer insistence, they have to take help of their lead or RS, that this exception is on customer insistence)


even return of non electrical, non electronic items is so difficult now.
they stopped free shipping on cry fulfilled (physical) books.

doing such things impacts others too.

Sure, l generally not did this till date and will avoid doing so unless they really sent the one which doesn’t matches with their description. I have returned almost all trousers of flipkart as they sent non cotton and mentioned in description as cotton which is not at all acceptable and also they send slim and will mention as regular in their description. After fighting with them many times, now sellers started changing their description.

The same thing happened now also with Amazon, however fabric quality they will be sure but size will be somewhat problem and one more issue is sellers are sending old stocks of 2years which is also not correct as they will get tear within few washes.
