Goto nearby store and say that you don’t want phone they will manage someone who can take or you convince someone to take this phone.
In that case phone will be issued on that person’s Aadhar, you just have to give OTP which you will be receiving on mobile which is used at time of booking.

call nearest reliance digital / digital xpress mini / JIIO store and ask for JIO phone availablity.
If they are available , then take aadhar and phone number from which it is booked, pay 1153 and get the jio phone..
no need to wait till SMS.
