HDFC 2000₹ gift voucher not received

In JAN I received message from HDFC Bank that I am eligible to get a gift voucher worth ₹ 2000 on using my hdfc credit card for a minimum of 15000/- per month in JAN, FEB and MAR.
My monthly usage was above 50000 for 3 months but I have not received any gift voucher till now.
It was supposed to come by the end of APR.
