I know there is many hdfc credit card query threads but I didn’t got my ans from there so I create new one….Sorry if anyone hurt 
Ok… So, Recently I got pre approved credit card offer on hdfc net banking page and I want to apply for that but here are some doubt I have-
1. I have no job right now but when I open saving account I was working so I applied as salaried person when bank person ask me although they didn’t ask for any documents regarding my job…..
So now what to do, apply credit card as salaried person or as student?? If applied as student then will they approve my application and if applied as salaried person then will they ask for Job details in physical (as there are some fields in application form to submit my Job and company details)
2. If anyhow I applied for Cc then how much days it take for card to deliver to me
3. is there any physical verification as this is pre approved card
4. Can I provide different address for card delivery (other than my home and office address which are mentioned in my account)

Ok you mean giving Job and company details is just formality…I don’t have to show or give them any documents for the same??

1. Provide self employed, provide your company name
- “Your name”, business address- your address.
2. About 10 days if you stay in small town. Otherwise a week.
3. No physical verification, as already approved.
4. No, they will send to your account address. You have to only choose. Home or office.
SBI do field verification at address even for a pre-approved credit card
Even kotak bank does it. I had pre-approved CC offer from Kotak and I was not present during physical verification and they rejected it. Then again few days ago they are calling pre-approved offer for Kotak CC and I bashed them.
If you have good credit score and apply via these sales guys then approval chances are high….they just took pic of mine, aadhar card, pan card and few personal n job details (job details only for formality) …..then sbi card department call you for verification (this verification was strict in my case…)ans them word to word which you give during card application else they may reject ur application, I mistakenly told my company address sequence like “A/123 1st floor abc road xyz area” and I told “1st floor A/123 abc road xyz area” during verification call they reject my application on first 
then I again apply via same guy and 2nd time got my application approved
Y do they do physical verification regarding credit card verification

There is no verification for pre approved card and they never ask for income source because they approve card on your credit history.
