HDFC credit card reward points - how to redeem?

Don’t know about HDFC bank, but in many other banks, you can redeem it through net banking

There are three ways to Redeem the HDFC Credit Card Reward Points.

1. Login to HDFC NetBanking and click on “Credit Cards” tab.
2. Click on “Redeem Reward Points” link.
3. Select your Credit Card, Click on “Continue” to proceed to the Online Redemption portal.
4. Click on “Redeem Reward Points”.
5. Select “Points Range” and “Item Category” to view the catalogue.
6. Once you have selected all items you want to redeem, Click on “View Shopping Cart” link to view items.
7. Click on “Redeem” to confirm redemption request. Note the Redemption Order Number generated.

You can Redeem the HDFC Credit Card Reward Points through HDFC Customer service department. Call to HDFC Customer Service and ask for Reward Point redemption. This facility is available 24 hours on all the days.

You can also Redeem the HDFC Credit Card Reward Points by post. Just download the Redemption Form and fill it in capital letters with your signature. Mail this form to “Rewards Helpdesk, HDFC Bank Cards Division, P.O.Box No. 8654, Thiruvanmiyur, P.O., Chennai – 160041”.
