I got a Diners Club miles Card and Amazon ICICI Card (salary a/c HDFC)
I think Diner’s club miles is not useful for me, as I cant use the rewards points much.
is there any other way I could use rewards points?
Also, phone banking team told me that reward points are valued at 1RP= 50p
Thinking of making Diners LTF by using bill pay and then just not using it much.
I have applied for Indusind Iconia Amex Card LTF (can convert points to credit in the statement)
any other alternative than Indusind card (looking for cashback, amazon voucher or credit statements)
Spends are online (amazon) , dmart , pharmeasy, etc. mainly looking for LTF cards.
Also, HDFC customer service is a real pain. Greed employees give their LC code for incentive and make wrong card applications for which I have to do the hassle to correct it. Email query isn’t replied quickly (3-4 days). Phonebanking tells to email the customer service team, I didn’t get my amazon voucher of 1.5K despite applying via net banking (i am fighting with them for this)

1:1 transfer to avios krisflyer vistara etc
Mostly for last minute traveller or business class can get even more than re.1 for each mile n reward point.
Time taken for miles conversion?
1. So Diners Club miles is not useful for me, I checked their portal for Apple products even that is expensive. so with 2.5% reward rate and 20p conversion for cash, it comes to 0.5% return for me. any better conversion for HDFC diners (except hotel and travel)?
2. BankBazaar, no fee, LTF
Well Miles Transfer gives best value, followed by Flight and Hotel Booking at Smartbuy for ClubMiles. I fear there is no better option than these.

Its just like any other hdfc card but better point value. Its on same eligibility criteria as regalia first whose point is worth only 30p when booking flight n hotel.
On spnding 3lac per annum you maybe upgraded to diners privilege and on 5lac to diners club black, many other factors are there for upgrade.
Its upto you to take upgrade path or change loyalty to other bank.
How about moving to Regalia or Infina (i doubt they will let me move to Infina)?

@ OP… you missed the 10x points feature. You can make it LTF and keep this card only for the 10x thing

Just upgraded my Diners Rewardz card to Diners Clubmiles card yesterday … Waiting for the card.
wasnt aware that the points cant be redeemed like Diners Rewardz card ….. what a mistake ….

@divyeshmehta1026 you can redeem diners clubmiles RP for amazon gift card. the value of 1 RP will be Rs. 0.35(Rs. 500 amazon gv is available for 1420 RP)
They will charge 99+GST for every redemption.
For Diners CLubMiles 1RP=Rs. 0.50 only if you use that for buying flight tickets or hotel stay on SmartBuy portal. You can redeem for cash and in that case 1 RP = Rs. 0.20.
Btw how did you apply for Indusind Iconia Amex Card LTF? I believe they have hefty joining fees. Can you tell me how much joining fees are you paying?
