HDFC EMI Not Debited

Hello guys bought a Vivo mobile from Amazon for ₹8000 on HDFC Bank Debit Card EMI. Purchased the phone on 19th March but the loan amount credited in my A/c on 20th March. On Amazon FAQ page it’s clearly mentioned that I’ll be charged my 1st EMI exactly after 30 days that means 20th April and still they haven’t debited any amount.
I haven’t taken any EMI Morotariom. If they extend my EMI tenure I’ll have to pay heavy interest.
So what to do guys my branch is 30km away from my home and customer care helpline not available.

HDFC Consumer Durable Loan helpline number not available.
Its just 20/Apr morning – wait till tomorrow.
Moratorium has to be explicitly opted by customer so do not worry.
Delay may be because of lack of staff, everything is going slow now a days including CC bill generation etc
Bill is getting generated on right time but they are not crediting refunds. i have recieved 3 refunds on 4th april from amazon and i even got instant confirmation sms from HDFC but none of them got credited back to my card yet. on 18th april those transactions got billed into statement. And it is not my single account i have 3 HDFC credit cards and same problem has occured in all 3 cards. i tried all things email, priority redrssal email, phonebanking, twitter none of them even replied.
Don’t opt for monetorium for 4078 for two months they are charging 3130 as interest
How did you get that number?
Just email them and say you didn’t opt for moratorium and don’t want it
But few days back they send me a automated email that by default all the EMI will debited normally but if you want to take EMI morotarioum then contact branch otherwise nothing to do from consumer end.
And I have Debit Card EMI and Debit Card EMI comes under consumer durable loan. HDFC Debit Card EMI details not show in NetBanking you have to call their different consumer loan helpline number.
Don’t worry, EMI deduction will be delayed by days to week due to several reasons resulting b/c of lockdown. And it will be hard to reach to any official by phone/email. So if you haven’t opted for EMI momatarium, then don’t worry it will be deducted.

Ok guys today morning I received this SMS from HDFC.
“Dear Customer, ? Statement for HDFCBank Debit Card EMI Loan 101907001342xxxx is generated. Total Amt Due is Rs 2908.29. EMI due of Rs 0 will be debited on 05/MAY/2020. Any overdue to be paid immediately.”
Do they enrolled me in EMI Morotarioum?
They clearly mentioned that My EMI amount is 2908 but EMI due of Rs.0 will be debited. So they won’t debit from my A/c?
Please Help Me Guys.
