HDFC Ltd not allowing pre-payment of home loan in lockdown

I asked for pre-payment to HDFC Ltd for pre-payment. They said they don’t accept pre-payment in lockdown period online or offline.
In other inquiry ( just for testing i did ), they got ready to approve and disburse loan for home improvement online in few days.
is there any logic?
One of my friend missed one EMI because of low balance in account. and HDFC sent online payment link in e-mail in one day after he asked for missed payment.
If they can accept everythign online, why they rejecting pre-payment online or offline.
HDFC became number one private banking brand this way?

Lock down can not be the reason, write to nodal officer. Tweet also. Plain cheating.
