HDFC Regalia First or Diners Club miles for online shopping?

Hi friends,
HDFC is offering me Regalia First & Diners Club miles to me.
Which one would you suggest for online shopper?
I have been using HDFC money back LTF till now.
Please answer my following questions also.
1. Can I really make Diners club miles LTF if I register any bill on SmartPay? Any Terms/conditions?
2. Is Virtual Credit card (netsafe) facility available for Diners Club Miles?

Can’t do without VCCs.
Won’t upgrade to diners.
@tank_u_m8 even for phone banking, there’s no way to talk to a human. How do they expect us to sort out issues
There is
1) Dial 1 choose language
2) Dial 1 bank account and credit card
3) Dial 1 for bank account
4) Dial 1 to verify with debit card + pin
5)Write atm card number and pin
6)Dial 1 for savings or current account
7) Dial 9 to talk to a person

Please clarify if there’s any major difference between Regalia First or Business Regalia First.
I am eligible for both.
Are the normal amazon/flipkart Instant discount offers applicable for Business Regalia First?
And will HDFC give me Business Regalia First even if I am salaried?
