Hdfc smartbuy - Red bus

I booked bus ticket through smartbuy. The bus operator cancelled the trip. For about 10 days, I did not get a refund. When I contacted smartbuy, they asked me to contact redbus support. Then I contacted them, and they said that the ticket status is active, will check with operator and initiate a refund. Then after getting confirmation email from redbus after following up, forwarded it to smartbuy. Then finally got the refund.

Why I explained the whole story is, if we forget to track the refund, we will never get back. We need to spend so much time to get our money back because of bus operator issue.
