Hi fellow dimers,
I would like everyone to suggest or recommend the Names/contacts of Healthy Foods(Salads, Pure juices, Milkshakes/Nutritious foods etc etc) serving Restaurants/Cafes/Shops in your respective cities(preferably Bangalore but making this post generic to include all cities for everyone’s benefit) as per your personal/friends/being hyped as famous experiences and indulgences in them…..
Since, I am a big healthy foods fan, thus want to explore each & every source.
PS: Online restaurant aggregators like zomato and swiggy results are very grim and non-decisive in this cuisine segment. Usually, it spreads with the word of mouth.

There is lots of channel for Bangalore,mumbai, and other tier 1 cities.
And if healthy salad and pure juice hi pina hai to restaurant ke chakkar me kyo pade ho ?
What healthy options are you expecting from restaurants other than raw vegetables/fruits ?

I do as much as I can by buying veggies & fruits but limitations are the dressings and sauces as I live alone away from my home and doesn’t have a full fledged kitchen to experiment
