[Help] Anybody facing payment failure issue in Amazon?

Hi friends,
I was making a payment on amazon for a book. While making payment after the payment was done billdesk page opened giving an error of payment could not be completed at the moment.
I called amazon customer care and they asked me to try again.
I tried again and the same thing happened.
I was using net banking as the payment option.
Please tell If anyone else is facing this issue or it’s just me.

I was using Vijaya Bank Internet Banking. Amount got deducted both the times. But email received said to revise payment both the times.
Its GATEWAY problem of your bank. Your bank gateway must be poor.
PSU Bank = Poor
Pvt Bank <> Poor 
Amma jaan par to ho Rahi hai payment , aaj 4 order kare hai . Looks like something is wrong with your bank 
It seems the problem is particularly for your bank. You haven’t told whether the amount got deducted or not? In case the amount got deducted the most probably it will get conformed till eve.
