Purchased Dell Laptop on primeday sale. Laptop was giving trouble from 15 days of purchase. Not able wake from sleep,have to hard reset and try some random gimmicks to getting it on. After 2 days started throwing Blink codes. And now finally from last 5 days its not getting on. When i press the power button, Keyboard lights up,Fan rotates for 2 mins and auto shuts off. How to deal with this case ? amazon insisted take to dell care and if they deny service ,then get service deny latter and send it amazon,they will try to extend the warranty from date of purchase. Or should ask for replace or return of product ?? i am not willing to repair the laptop which has failed in 1.5 month of little use. Please help with your past experience.

i bet it has some manufacturing defect, got one time CPU failure blink code. Now keyboard light turns on and fan rotates in full speed and after 2 mins it shut offs. Even if they extend, i am very disappointed that 2 month old laptop has major hardware issue. is der any way to return it to amazon ? (For replace same model is no more available with Appario Retail Private Ltd) or should i ask dell to replace the whole machine ??

I Think That Laptop Was Faulty Since Beginning And They Sold It To You. And Also As You Said It Was Used Very Less Thats Why You Were Not Able See Any Issue Then But NOw It Went All Dead.

10 days replacement guarantee is now over but still you contact Amazon and discuss the matter with them.
If Amazon is not willing to replace then ask them to give you the money back in original source.
Also you can claim warranty in Dell service centre by showing them Amazon’s invoice of this purchase.
This looks like a faulty mother board problem.

This laptop is not good at all from online site i bought same laptop from paytmmall around six month ago and there was a problem in laptop like ghost clicking and line in screen. Within the replacement warranty i have raised the complaints and they were saying that they will solve the issue through dell service centre. I fought around and a month and finally returned. So maybe same seller or this laptop has some issue.

True, But want to replace it with new machine rather than accepting warranty extension. either replce it with new machine with 1 year warranty or refund of full amount .

Appario Retail, is a very worst seller. i don’t how the ratings are good for this seller. i bought 5 items from this seller. out of 5(all old stocks & in horrible conditions and shipping package also worst) 4 returned for refund.

Seller was Appario when i purchased. Now Appario listing is ended.Now you can see some no fulfilled sellers. Review was les and most bad reviews was for different seller. Sort of double minded purchase was this. But now my luck is kicked off !! imp

Which payment mode you used? If you paid via credit card then file dispute with bank.

Dell will do the best and need not worry about anything . I always check the warranty and extended it based on the bill whenever I purchase it online.

Does your machine have Windows 10 Build 1903? This build had the Death sleep problems on my 3rd Gen PDC laptop.

Sadly there is no solution.

Amazon suppose to revert within 24 hours !! but no reply,no further update from them ! Dell now updated the warranty with respect to purchase date. It has premium support till 1 year. Next business day support till 1 year. Also raised the ticket for next business day tech support ! let me update how effectively handle this.

Too much hassle if things go south and their delivery system is poor. 50% of my household orders always come in smashed conditions, last broken order was presto dishwasher with a broken cap that was sealed with a cello tape and wrapped with a plastic.
It shows that they ship off damaged stuff too expressionless
And most electronic stuffs reviews are not that good – either damaged or refurbished, rarely some get it in perfect condition
