Purchased Dell Laptop on primeday sale. Laptop was giving trouble from 15 days of purchase. Not able wake from sleep,have to hard reset and try some random gimmicks to getting it on. After 2 days started throwing Blink codes. And now finally from last 5 days its not getting on. When i press the power button, Keyboard lights up,Fan rotates for 2 mins and auto shuts off. How to deal with this case ? amazon insisted take to dell care and if they deny service ,then get service deny latter and send it amazon,they will try to extend the warranty from date of purchase. Or should ask for replace or return of product ?? i am not willing to repair the laptop which has failed in 1.5 month of little use. Please help with your past experience.

i bet it has some manufacturing defect, got one time CPU failure blink code. Now keyboard light turns on and fan rotates in full speed and after 2 mins it shut offs. Even if they extend, i am very disappointed that 2 month old laptop has major hardware issue. is der any way to return it to amazon ? (For replace same model is no more available with Appario Retail Private Ltd) or should i ask dell to replace the whole machine ??

I Think That Laptop Was Faulty Since Beginning And They Sold It To You. And Also As You Said It Was Used Very Less Thats Why You Were Not Able See Any Issue Then But NOw It Went All Dead.

Appario Retail, is a very worst seller. i don’t how the ratings are good for this seller. i bought 5 items from this seller. out of 5(all old stocks & in horrible conditions and shipping package also worst) 4 returned for refund.
