[Help] Digipurse amount deducted yet no transfer

I’ve initaited a bank transfer for amount in my wallet. Got an error message in the app stating transfer has been declined and then after a few minutes got a text stating balance has been deducted for the transfer.
Clueless on how to approach CC. Dropped an email. Any contact number I can ring them on?

CC says we can’t do. You have to email us. Its been like 24 hours I’ve sent the email Yet to response.
