I booked air tickets (Indigo) for two persons through paytm from our respective paytm accounts (thus 2 accounts).
Today I got the following email from indigo for one account i.e. for one person:
“We regret to inform that your flight(s) have been revised. In an effort to provide you a hassle free experience, please CLICK HERE to view your options In case of any queries, please feel free to contact us call center at 09910383838 or +911246613838.”
At CLICK HERE , they offer me another flight which is approx. one and a half hour earlier and I am not ready to move to another flight alone. And that too earlier.
What are the options avaliable to me? – Do I have to accept the another flight or I can pressurise them to give me the same flight I booked ticket for?
