Help- how to unlock amazon pay money balance

Trouble happened when I used same no on new account.
Is there any special amazon email related to unlock amazon pay since normal cc said they can’t do anything.
Also if I tell them to never use new amazon account then will they unlock balance in old prime account?
Update- I can buy stuff (just now bought a pen drive to test) but I still can’t pay my electricity bill!(so weird)

UPDATE – Its unlocked by itself! While trying to login, it again send an otp and after verifying the last otp, it got unlocked!
If you ever face something like this… please do not report to cc! they make it worse unnecessarily!

Just verify a working Indian number, its automatically unlocked, Better not to contact CC. They don’t have anything to help with, would just complicate the issue
