Help /Info : DBS bank kyc verification

Hi all,
I opened DBS savings accnt in my address ( Branch available in my city) 2 yrs back. Now bank sent few mails regarding kyc documents to submit over mail/in person. I sent 3-4 times over mail & in person one time. But on 5th Oct, they put debit freeze on my account having 16k balance. No, prior sms/mail that, kyc docs r accepted or rejected. Simply, one morning got mail that, account is debit freeze.
Then tried to contact on phone again after sending docs, they say i will get verification call. But still now no verification call came. Chat with agent not working ( it says to authenticate & hangs). Now, i dont have any option to check when will my account opens. Tried twitter also.
Anyone else faced same issue?? Also, looking at situation, i feel that, bank may close soon.
