[HELP] Jiomoney coupon disappeared.

Hi finally done 99/- rupees recharge for my jio sim in evening thro jiomoney app. Got coupon available message after 2 hours. So i checked in jiomoney app it showed coupon is available. So in order to do 303/- rupees recharge i first added 253/- rupees to jiomoney. Now when i try to recharge for 303/- rupees no coupon prompt coming & in order review jiomoney showing 50 rupees short. What to do? Where to find my coupon? Tried calling them but they are off now. ( 9 to 9 is there working hour )

Me too faced the same issue. Cleared data of Jio money app and coupon returned.
what is the validity date of this Rs. 50 Jio coupon?
Is the bloody app working for anyone? I have not been able to process a single transaction since last night. Jio is so screwed up.
It was working fine 6 AM – 10 AM. Keep trying until you get success.
Even after updating app,the coupons are not offered
bro, this thread is from 2017 and now it’s 2019…. Things have changed now..
