I have a deep problem in my Redmi note 3, silver 32gb.
In spite of being connected to the wi-fi as well as mobile data, only 3 apps perform watsapp, messenger & uc browser. Sometimes all tha apps works perfect but meanwhile the same problem persist again.
Anyone has any clue how to fix this issue.
M being fed up of this f**kin issue.
Please help me out.

Do a factory reset first.
I have heard recently purchased RN3 and Mi Max models are plagued with WiFi issues. Try to get a replacement if possible.

Please follow these steps one by one:
1) Have you enabled data access for those apps? If not please enable.
2) Please go to Settings>>Wi-Fi>>Advanced settings and set “Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep” to Always.
3) Also go to Settings>>Additional settings>>Battery>>Manage apps battery usage>>Choose apps and click on the desired app, check background settings for the app. What’s selected? Set it to either MIUIBattery saver (recommended) or No restrictions.
